Auditorium Rules
- Be sure to turn off all equipment upon completion of event
- Turn off lights (the light switch is located on the wall next to the side door. Press and hold the bottom button turn off lights. It will take a minute for the lights to cut completely off)
- Put chairs back where they were originally
- Clean up all trash
- If you used the kitchen, be sure to remove items from the refrigerator, wash all dishes, and store them in their proper place
- If needed, the vacuum cleaner, broom, and mop are located in the janitor's closet next to the student office
- You may not use the student office at any time for your event
- Do not prop the doors open at any time. Please advise all participants to use their Vandy ID cards to access the building. If off campus visitors are attending the event, please alert the BCC 1 week prior to the event or have a member of your organization at the door to let people in the building.
- If you are having food at you event, please fill out a Facilities request form (https://www3.vanderbilt.edu/plantops/request/fsr.html) and request for the trash to be picked up after your event (or you can call 4-9675)
Failure to adhere to rules of the BCC can result in a fine of up to $100 for your organization
