Welcome to the BCC Facilities Reservation Website

Greetings, I am the Special Events Coordinator at the Bishop Joseph Johnson Black Cultural Center. If your VU organization or department would like to reserve our facility, please fill out the web based form in its entirety and submit. A confirmation email will be sent back to let you know the request was received. You will hear back from a BCC staff member within 24 hours of your request to let you know if our facility is available for the room, date, and time you requested. Keep in mind, our facility fills quickly so please plan ahead and be prepared to offer a back-up date and/or time.
